Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Retro Banana Designs purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Exceptions
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- Contact us at retrobananadesigns@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- We offer standard shipping via USPS.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic orders: 5–7 business days.
- International orders: 10–14 business days (subject to customs delays).
Digital Products
- Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.
- No physical shipping is required.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
